Refund and Cancellation Policy
Participant cancellations and no-shows
No refund is provided for a participant’s cancellation, change of mind, schedule conflict, travel difficulty, late arrival, partial attendance or non-attendance. Booking another activity for the same time does not create a right to a refund.
Organizer cancellation or rescheduling
If XYZ Classes changes the schedule, the booking will remain valid for the replacement session. If XYZ Classes cancels the workshop and does not provide a replacement or reasonable alternative, the amount paid will be returned to the original payment method. This is the only cancellation-related refund exception.
How approved refunds are processed
Where the organizer-cancellation exception applies, the refund will be initiated through the original payment method. Bank or payment-gateway processing times may apply after initiation.
